Would you like to dance jigs, reels and strathspeys to irresistible music? Scottish Country Dancing (SCD) is the ballroom or social dancing of Scotland. You don’t need to be a Scot to enjoy this lively, social type of dancing that has been popular in Scotland for centuries, and is now practised throughout the world by people of all races and nationalities.
Glenroy Scottish Country Dance Group (Pascoe Vale) are holding at Beginners' Course starting on Wednesday July 30.
Mitcham Scottish Society (Forest Hill) are holding a free Come & Try Night on Thursday August 7th followed by a 4 week Beginners' Course starting Thursday August 14th.
